HOW DO WE BUILD A STRATEGIC PLATFORM THAT GETS GEN Z WOMEN TO SEE FOOTLOCKER WOMEN’S AS *THE* DESTINATION FOR NIKE SNEAKERS? 



Challenge
Nike and Foot Locker challenged us to create engagement around their women’s product through a social platform.

Approach

I flipped the influencer:brand relationship on its head by giving five, gen-Z creative women the resources to make content on their own terms. My team and I hand picked each woman, making sure they were the perfect fit.

Execution

Welcome to Rec.Room— a playground, filled with Nike products, where our crew can do whatever they want and create whatever content they want. We turned our LA office into a creative workspace where they made content on their own terms. To date, the content from Rec.Room has been Foot Locker Women’s best-performing posts across the board.
